Audio/Visual Recommendations: See Diagram

• Lectern with microphone for introduction.
• LCD Projector on movable table or cart.
• Largest screen the room can hold.

Room Set-Up Recommendations: See Diagram

• Room should be set up classroom style.
• Center of stage should be kept clear for Mark Montini to walk around.
• Flipchart with a small table in front corner.
• Podium in opposite front corner.
• Table for display in back of room.
